What a Session Looks Like
We’ll start with a simple question. “What is the problem you are trying to solve?” or “What can you use immediate help with?”
Then I hold space, listen, ask questions, and watch the flow of energy as you share.
- Holding space means I create a safe space for your maximum authenticity.
- Listen and ask questions means my entire agenda is helping you. I’ll help guide you where you tell me you need to go.
- Watch the flow of energy means that you will give subtle clues about the things that light you up and the things that shut you down.
I do each of these things at the superpower level. I will honor your vulnerability. I am a safe place.
In many cases, you already know what you need to do. The way your energy does or doesn’t flow will make clear the effective paths and those best left unfollowed. Sometimes, though, all of us get stuck in blocks. We just can’t see through something we’ve created in our heads. I’ll see your block, I’ll guide you until you see it too, and then I’ll offer you the tools to release it.
And Then I Deliver
I’ve been told more times than I can count that just the way I listen leaves people feeling better and more empowered. If that was all I did, that would be really valuable.
But I also have a superhero-level ability to synthesize information. After our session, I will take everything you told me and present it to you in a document to guide your movement forward. I’ll present the issues you face with clarity. Seeing them neatly encapsulated will reduce your sense of overwhelm. I will offer solutions that you can put into action immediately to move forward with your goals.
When appropriate, I will suggest you embark on some new daily practices to release your blocks. An investment of fifteen to thirty minutes a day, over a sustained period of time, will lead you to vastly better life.

Coaching

For those who want more guidance than a single session can provide, I offer coaching as well.
Some people, when given clarity around their best next actions, have the capacity to bring those actions to fruition. A clear map is enough.
But some of us need a bit more help than that.
Sometimes, there are deeper things that get in our way. Sometimes, the habits of a lifetime are not easily overcome. Sometimes, we don’t recognize that we’re playing out patterns born of trauma, or sometimes we understand the underlying trauma but don’t know what to do to heal. Sometimes, we can have a clear view of what we need to do and then recognize how much easier it could be if someone was there to help guide you, to support you, to hold space for you. Sometimes, when we have to face our Shadow, it’s really really good to not be alone.
Each and every thing I just described is something I have lived. I offer coaching because I needed it myself.
The path I teach will help you empower yourself, find abundance, and develop the sovereignty to bring your highest self to fruition.
